Obinex is a pre-licensing technology project exploring a future proposed digital assets platform experience. We are currently designing and developing our proposed product and do not yet offer trading, custody, wallet, exchange, brokerage, payment, investment, or other virtual asset services. Obinex is NOT licensed or authorized to provide regulated financial or virtual asset services. We are evaluating potential future regulatory pathways subject to corporate structuring and regulatory assessment.

Obinex does not currently provide trading, exchange, custody, wallets, brokerage, deposits, withdrawals, payments, investment services, staking, lending, borrowing, or other virtual asset services.

Obinex is not currently licensed or authorised to provide regulated financial or virtual asset services. Future regulatory pathways remain subject to corporate structuring, legal assessment, regulatory requirements, and formal approval where applicable.
